The World Black Money Cleaning Laboratory studied in the lecture portion of the course, as well as to introduce important laboratory techniques and encourage analytically thinking. Of course, we cannot perfectly synchronize the coverage of material in the lecture and the laboratory, but we will attempt to make connections whenever possible. Along with concepts and chemistry covered in lecture, the laboratory portion of the course will present some additional chemistry, both theoretical and practical.

BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF MAJOR EQUIPMENT USED IN PRODUCTION :

For Chemical manufacture mixing vessels of varying capacities are being used. All parts coming in contact with the product are of stainless steel (SS 316). Vessels are cleaned and checked for traces of previous batch product. For preparation of purified water, DM plant of 100 liter per re-generation capacity from Anti Breeze.  There are three multi column Distillation Stills of capacity 40 liter per hour each.
